8 June 2026 – IJN University College proudly welcomed a new cohort of students sponsored by the Majlis Agama Islam dan Adat Melayu Terengganu (MAIDAM) as they officially reported for the Patient Care Assistant (PCA) Programme.
The arrival of these students marks the beginning of an exciting educational journey in the healthcare sector. Through the Patient Care Assistant (PCA) Programme, students will gain the fundamental knowledge, practical skills, and professional competencies required to support healthcare teams in delivering quality patient care.
The PCA Programme is a professional certificate programme offered by IJN University College and is designed to equip individuals with industry-relevant skills that meet the growing demand for healthcare support professionals. Throughout the 3-month training period, students will undergo structured learning experiences that combine theoretical knowledge with practical exposure to real-world healthcare environments.
