The Diploma in Human Resource Management is designed to prepare students for careers in human resource operations, recruitment, employee relations, training and development, payroll administration, and other human resource functions.
The programme provides a strong foundation in contemporary human resource practices and business management, preparing students to support organisations in attracting, developing, engaging, and retaining employees.
The curriculum covers key areas including talent acquisition, performance management, training and development, compensation and benefits, employment law, organisational behaviour, and employee relations.
Students also develop essential professional competencies in communication, leadership, problem-solving, critical thinking, teamwork, digital literacy, and ethical decision-making.
Upon graduation, students are prepared for entry-level and junior executive positions across HR and business administration functions in a wide range of industries.

Entry Requirement
LOCAL STUDENT
i. Possess SPM with at least credit in any THREE (3) subjects; OR
ii. Possess SKM Level 3 (MQF) in the related field; OR
iii. A Certificate (Level 3,MQF) in the related field; OR
iv. A pass in STPM with at least Grade C (GP 2.0) in any subject; OR
v. A pass in STAM with at least Grade Maqbuk; OR
vi. Other equivalent qualifications recognised by the Malaysian Government
English Competency Requirement for International Student
i. Achieve a minimum Band 3 in MUET or equivalent to CEFR (High B1)**
