Registration
Graduates who wish to attend the Convocation Ceremony are required to register online via the Student Portal and ensure that all outstanding fees are fully settled. Payment can be made through the STUDENT PORTAL (CMS). Graduates are required to complete the IJN University College Graduate Exit Survey to ensure a smooth and efficient registration process.The closing date for registration is MONDAY, [07 November 2025], 12 noon (GMT+8, Malaysia Local Time). Late registrations will not be accepted.

Graduates and guests will be provided an Entry Pass for entrance to Bangi Convention Center (BACC). Passes can be collected at Bangi Convention Center (BACC) on 28 November 2025 between 8:00am to 5:00pm.
Graduates are allowed to bring a maximum of two (2) guests.
However, if you require more than two (2) guest entry passes to enter the Bangi Convention Center (BACC), please contact us at [email protected]
Requests for additional entry passes will be considered on a case-by-case basis and are subject to availability.
Please note that all payments made are non-refundable, and entry passes are non-replaceable, non-transferable, and not for resale.
If passes are not issued to you upon successful registration and payment, please notify the Finance Department via email at [email protected]. In the email content, please include your:

• NRIC/Passport No.
• Student ID No.
• Programme of Study
