Registration of Graduates & Photography Session
Graduates are to register at the counter located at Level 1, Bangi Convention Center (BACC).
Guests will be assisted by the committee members to their seats in the Grand Ballroom.

By 8:30 a.m.
Graduates must be in their assigned lines before entering the hall.
Graduates are to assemble in the corridor and prepare to enter the hall in sequence.

9:00 a.m.
Convocation Ceremony Begins
Graduates and guests are not permitted to leave the Grand Ballroom throughout the ceremony.

After the Ceremony
Graduates are required to return their academic robes by 4:00 p.m. at the latest.
Late returns will result in forfeiture of the deposit.

• All guests are kindly requested to remain seated and observe the convocation protocols and etiquette until the ceremony has concluded.
• Please switch off your smartphones or set them to silent mode throughout the event.
• Guests are also requested to stand during the grand procession.
• Graduates and their family members are advised not to take photographs during the ceremony, as professional photographers will be on duty to capture the event.
