7.00 am – 8.00 am 

Registration Graduans & Photography Sessions.

• Graduands register at the counter register at Hall, Level 1 Bangi Convention Center (BACC).

Arrival Guest

• Committee will assists the guest in their seats in Grand Ballroom, Bangi Convention Center (BACC).

By 8.30 am

• Graduands must be in the assigned line before entering the hall.
• Graduands are line up at the corridor, prepared to enter the hall.

9.00 am

Convocation Ceremont Begins

• Graduands and guest are not permitted to exit Grand Ballroom Bangi Convention Center (BACC) during entire ceremony.

After Ceremony

• Graduands are required to return the academic robe by 4:00 PM at the latest. Any late returns will result in the automatic forfeiture of the deposit.

• All guests are to remain seated and ato adhere to the convocation protocols and etiquette until ceremony has ended.
• Kindly switch off your smart phones or to put it in “silence mode”
• All guests are requested to stand during the grands procession.
• All graduands and families hopefull will not take photos during the ceremony as we do have professional photographers.
