27 January 2026 – IJN University College held a strategic meeting with the PERKESO at Wisma PERKESO as part of ongoing efforts to strengthen industry collaboration and enhance graduate employability.
The meeting was led by the Deputy Vice-Chancellor of IJN University College, Dr. Zainon Che Mat, and was attended by Mr. Helmi Daud, Registrar, Dr. Aravin, Head of Business Development Department, as well as representatives from the Student Development Division (SDD).
The discussion focused on potential areas of collaboration between IJN University College and PERKESO, particularly initiatives aimed at improving job market readiness and career prospects for students. Among the key proposals discussed was the organisation of a career carnival, designed to benefit both IJN University College students and the wider public by providing exposure to employment opportunities, career guidance, and industry engagement.
This collaboration aligns with IJN University College’s commitment to producing industry-ready graduates through strong partnerships with key stakeholders and organisations. By working closely with PERKESO, the institution aims to create meaningful platforms that bridge academic learning with real-world career pathways.
