19 November 2025, Kuala Lumpur – IJN University College successfully held a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) Ceremony with IRehab at the IJN University College Auditorium, Level 13, Bangunan Yayasan Selangor, Kampung Baru. This strategic partnership signifies a major step towards enhancing industry-driven education and expanding career pathways for students in the healthcare field.
The collaboration aims to strengthen industrial relations, offering IJN University College students broader access to industrial training, hands-on experience, and future employment opportunities within the rehabilitation and healthcare sector.
The MoU was formally signed by:
- Prof Emerita Dr Durrishah Idrus, Vice-Chancellor of IJN University College
- Puan Zalilah Binti Salleh Ghany, Chief Executive Officer of IRehab
In her speech, Prof Emerita Dr Durrishah Idrus emphasized the importance of this partnership in shaping future healthcare professionals.

As a direct outcome of this collaboration, IRehab has offered employment to 15 Patient Care Assistant (PCA) students from IJN University College, marking a significant milestone in supporting graduates’ transition into the workforce.
