IJN University College (IJNUC) recently held a productive and insightful discussion with Dato’ Dr. ‘Aliyah Karen, Group Chief Executive Officer of Caring Synergy Renal Sdn Bhd, an entity under the LifeCare International Medical Group, to explore potential areas of collaboration in healthcare education and professional development.
The meeting focused on several strategic initiatives aimed at strengthening healthcare talent development. Among the key areas discussed were the Nursing Sponsorship Programme, professional training and development opportunities, as well as potential clinical placement pathways for students. These initiatives are expected to enhance students’ clinical exposure while supporting the growing demand for skilled healthcare professionals.
During the visit, IJN University College also had the opportunity to engage with Dr. Ong Kee Liang, Founder and Managing Director of LifeCare Group, and Dr. Alex Leong Vui Beng, Director of Life Care Diagnostic Medical Centre. Both leaders expressed strong support for the proposed collaboration and shared their enthusiasm in establishing a meaningful partnership with IJN University College.
