The spirit of health and togetherness continues at IJN University College as the Fit and Fun 2025 event enters its second day. The campus atmosphere was filled with energy and excitement as students participated in a range of sports activities including Netball, Futsal, Volleyball, and Tug of War.
These activities not only foster teamwork and sportsmanship but also promote physical fitness and mental well-being among students — aligning with IJN University College’s commitment to a healthy lifestyle and holistic education.
Adding more excitement to the day, the Pharmacy Club — managed by Diploma in Pharmacy students — organized a food and beverage booth offering a variety of refreshments for participants and spectators. The booth was a popular stop for everyone, creating a lively and engaging environment throughout the event.
The Fit and Fun program continues to be one of the most anticipated events at IJN University College, encouraging students to balance academic life with physical wellness and community engagement.
