Kuala Lumpur, 2025 – IJN University College (IJNUC) is proud to celebrate the achievement of 17 Diploma in Physiotherapy (DIPT) students who successfully completed their MPU2412 Community Service final project at Rumah Titian Kaseh (RTK), Titiwangsa. The initiative, aptly named “KASEH IN ACTION”, highlights how academic knowledge can be transformed into meaningful community impact.
Under the guidance of MPU lecturer, Madam Nur Fatiha Ahmad Daud, the students carried out a comprehensive program that combined service, empathy, and teamwork:
- Community Engagement – Students led a large-scale gotong-royong (clean-up) and organized interactive activities with RTK residents, including orphans, single mothers, individuals with disabilities (OKU), and senior citizens.
- Resource Mobilization – A successful donation drive was conducted, providing essential supplies such as stationery, medicines, toiletries, hangers, and trash bins, directly improving the quality of life for RTK residents.
This project demonstrates the values of compassion, leadership, and social responsibility that are deeply rooted in the educational philosophy of IJN University College. Beyond academic success, our students are committed to giving back and making a difference in society.
