IJN University College is proud to announce that three of its students have won the Silver Medal in the Tertiary–Startup Idea category for their groundbreaking project titled “From Invasive to Innovative: Upcycling Suckermouth Catfish into Sustainable Pet Food Products.”
This recognition was awarded as part of a competition organized by DIGIT360 – UiTM Start-Up Company in collaboration with Universiti Teknologi MARA Kelantan Branch and Faculty of Entrepreneurship and Business.
The winning team members are:

- Nur Anati Binti Abdul Kader
- Nor Husna Binti Norazlan
Their innovative startup idea focuses on transforming invasive species—specifically the suckermouth catfish—into a sustainable and eco-friendly source of protein for pet food. This project not only addresses environmental concerns but also introduces an economically viable solution in the pet care industry.
